Q. What are Pharmacy Advantage's Specialty and Mail Order Services?

A. Pharmacy Advantage's Mail Order program is a convenient service that allows members to have their medications sent directly to their home or office. Pharmacy Advantage carries many hard to find specialty medications for conditions such as Arthritis, Cancer, Hepatitis, Multiple Sclerosis, Infertility, Organ Transplant and many more. Patients using Specialty Medications from Pharmacy Advantage are supported by our Medication Therapy Management Programs, which provide regular counseling to help ensure the best possible outcome from their treatment.

Q. How will I receive my medications? How long does it take?

A. Most patients will receive their prescriptions through tracked Priority Mail. Some specialty prescriptions may also be sent via UPS or hand-delivered by a driver. Because we are local, members will receive their prescriptions within five business days of order date.

Q. How much does delivery cost

A. Nothing - Standard shipping on your medications is free. Your only cost is your prescription co-pay.

Q. How do I pay for my co-pay?

A. We recommend prescription co-pays be paid by credit or debit card. We also accept health care flexible spending account cards. (If you do not have a credit or debit card, call (800) 456-2112 to speak to a representative.)

Q. How can myself or my caregiver communicate a complaint, concern, or compliment requiring resolution / attention?

A. You can submit any type of comment wishing response in three different ways:

Q. What should I do when I need a refill?

A. You can request a refill in three ways

  1. By creating an account and managing your prescriptions online.
  2. By calling (800) 456-2112 option #2 for our automated refill line.
  3. Or by choosing our refill reminder option. Allow 4 to 5 business days for delivery.

Q. Can I manage my prescriptions online?

A. Yes, you can manage all your Pharmacy Advantage prescriptions online by creating an account.

Q. What other benefits are there to using Pharmacy Advantage?

A. At Pharmacy Advantage we realize that great service is more than just filling a prescription, it's about going above and beyond the patient's needs. That's why we offer a high level of personalized services including free medication delivery, disease management counseling, and access to the latest therapies.

Q. Are there translation services available for non-English speaking customers?

A. Translation service are available to patients, family members, caregivers or representatives with limited English proficiency (LEP) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service offers interpreters trained in medical translation for over 180 languages.
